3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and once we receive the returned item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different Louis Vuitton bag, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
